Our signature massage uses both Tui Na and Swedish massage techniques alongwith the usage of hot oil that is kept warmed at a controlled temperature. The warmth oil helps to soothe and allows the combination of kneading, flowing strokes, circular motion to increase circulation. This helps to promote total-body relaxation.

Chinese Massage

Chinese massage uses TCM massage techniques, known as Tui Na. It comprises of techniques such as pressing, kneading, rolling and grasping to clear blockages along the body's meridians and encourage the smooth flow of Qi (energy) and blood. This will be more of a hard massage compared to Retreat Signature.

Ear Refreshing

Ear Refreshing helps to promote better sleep and ease stress by massaging the outer ear to stimulates nerve endings which releases endorphins.
Cupping - Scraping - Body Scrub
Add-ons are at an additional of S$10 each, within massage duration.
Note:
Bruises or blisters after cupping or scraping treatment is a normal body response.
However, please refrain from scratching or bursting the blister to avoid inflammation to the skin.
Site of treatment will recover within a week.
